PIONEER PROJECTS — The students in Lura Hoover's fourth grade class at Milford Elementary School have been busy working on examples of pioneer handcraft such as quilt blocks and rock balls in their study of American history. These projects are just a few of the many art and craft items made by the elementary students to be displayed at the PTO Art Festival and chili supper to be held this Saturday. March 27. By SHARON STVCKMAN On March 19 and 20 the Wawasee High School Drama Club and music department presented the musical Brigadoon with a talented cast. ♦ The production told the story of a young American and his companion, played by Don Frew and Erik Bartman. who happen on a small village in the highlands of Scotland They discover that it is an enchanted village, unlisted on any map. which comes to life for one day every 100 years. v.
