Mrs. Dixie Scott Whetten. 40, of Scottsdale. Ariz.. and formerly of Milford, died on Saturday night. Feb. 6. as a result of an auto accident occuring in Phoenix. She had lived in Arizona for the past three years. Kammerer Wai Kiowa la haiburg Dias Os Am Apparent Heart Attack Mrs. Chris (Ida E.) Kammerer, 74, of Leesburg died on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 12:51 a m. in Kosciusko Community Hospital where she had been admitted Tuesday afternoon after suffering an apparent heart attack. Bom June 15,1907, in ’he Mount Tabor community, she was the daughter of John W. and Mary (Light) Anglin. She was united in marriage to Chris Kammerer on June 15,1930. He survives. For many years she had been a swithboard operator at the telephone company in Leesburg and she was a member of the Leesburg United Methodist Church. Mrs. Kammerer was also a member of the Martha Circle of the church, a member of the Leesburg Order of the Eastern Star 287. Ladies Shrine of Warsaw, Leesburg Homemakers Club. Donnelley and Sons Company. He was born in Clintwood, Va., on December 21, 1961, to Frank and Zora (Edwards) Combs and graduated in 1980 from Warsaw Community High School. Mrs. Mohr was born on September 21, 1944, in Toledo. Ohio, and was married in June 1963 to David M. Mohr. He survives. Other survivors include a son, Andrew William, at home; two brothers, Dudley Watson, Haskins. Ohio and Scott Watson, Ocala, Fla.; and her mother, Bernice Watson, Moncolva. Ohio. Miller Served In France During World War I Oliver W. Miller, 93, Minneapolis, Minn., leather of Earl Miller, Syracuse, died at 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5. in Minneapolis Veterans Hospital. Miller was bom in Syracuse on May 2, 1888, to Sam and Anna (Streby) Miller. He has lived in the Dakotas and in Minnesota most of his life. During World War I, Miller served in France with the U.S. Armed Forces and was. a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Minneapolis. In addition to his brother, other survivors include four nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Feb. 8, at the Veteran s Home Chapel, Minneapolis, Minn., and burial was in Saint Snelling National cemetery. Minneapolis. Ruth E. Mrs. Miller entered the hospital six weeks ago and underwent surgery in the lower back area. Mrs. Moneyheffer reported Monday her daughter. Linda, is doing as well as can be expected. On Sunday, Feb. 7, a 67-year-oid Milford woman was taken to the Goshen Hospital emergency room with a possible hip injury.
