MINOR INJURIES — Althea Haggerty. M. Halfway. Mo., and her son. Weldon Haggerty. 31. P.O. Box 311 Milford, were treated at the scene by Syracuse Emergency Medical technicians following a one-vehicle accident Thursday evening. Oct. 1. Hie accident occurred on the SyracuseMilford Road, one mile west of Syracuse at !•:« p.m. Mrs. Haggerty was treated for bumps while her son was treated for abrasions. According to Indiana State Police reports Mrs. Haggerty was west bound on the SyracuseMilford Road when she lost control of the auto on wet pavement, and the vehicle skidded off the roadway striking a tree and fence. Damage was estimated at 12.000 to the auto. Indiana State Police Trooper Tom Perianowski investigated.

College representatives to visit Wawasee

Many /colleges send representatives to Wawasee High School during the year to speak with students planning to attend college Ttie guidance department at Wawasee encourages both parents and students to take advantage of these visits.
