I LOUISA’S LETTER S=Zzjg||
Dear Louisa. I am a girl of sixteen and I have a problem I met this boy at a party a week ago and 1 like him very much. How can 1 get him to notice me? 1 am not very pretty except for a nice figure and very pretty skin. My nose keeps me from being pretty. I have thought of having plastic surgery or would it be better to leave it like it is* Please answser all of the questions I have asked 1 worn about it all the time. Worried--N.D. Answer: A girl doesn't have to be a beauty to get attention from the other sex but it does help--particularly when meetings are casual and there is not much chance for conversation or personality judgments. A girt with a nice figure and pretty skin has valuable assets and she should make the most of them and play down the unattractive nose. Some of the most at-
vacation will improve your outlook. AQUARIUS - Jan. 20 to Feb. 18--Bow out of an uncomfortable situation as gracefully as possible, weighing your words carefully. so someone cannot easily misquote vou. PISCES - Feb. 19 to March 20--Stick to one subject. With so much on your mind you are guilty of jumping from one subject to another in conversation. ARIES - March 21 to April 20- Your personality sparkles this week. The time is right to promote your pet project. TAURUS - April 21 to May 20--Stop insisting on having your ow n way all the time. You must consider the wishes of others if you wish to be happy. tractive women I have known were anything but pretty but it never seemed to worn them. They thought of themselves as pretty and acted that way and actually sold other people on the idea. However, if a young girl or young man is very sensitive over a bad feature it will sometimes pay big dividends to have it corrected. The main thing it does is to give the person reassurance and confidence in themselves./ So many girls who have had to wear glasses since they were children have actually seemed to come out of their shells after getting contact lenses. So if your nose worries' you a great deal and you can find a good plastic surgeon it might be worth while to have it corrected. A great many people have it done each year. Louisa. Address; Louisa.
