MARCH BRINGS high winds and that's exactly what we had on Sunday — high winds A tree al Eva Zartman's residence 6n James Street was Noun down. .Mrs. Zartman was about to hang clothes out on the line when she heard a loud cracking sound in the yard. The falling tree caused over S2OO worth of damage to her son's car, parked beneath, smashing the windshield and damaging the top of the car. Mrs. Zartman relates it happened in just seconds, greatly upsetting the family dog. whose chain was wrapped around the trank of the tree: fortunately, he wasn't chained to it at the lime the tree fell.
