Telephone payments need to be mailed a few days early United Telephone customers who pay by mail may want to send payments a few days earlier It could help avoid late payment charges. j.M. White, treasurer of the u Warsaw-based firm, explained that all mail payments are now being received at the Warsaw headquarters. Payments use to go to local Phone Shops, which meant a shorter mailing period. Now that payments are received at the Warsaw office they require a longer delivery time.
