Kans Syracuse man charged following collision Charles Greer. 25. of Syracuse was charged for having an expired driver’s license after his vehicle collided with one driven by Dennis J. Prater, 16. of Catholic St, Pierceton The Prater vehicle was traveling north on SR 13 and Greer was southbound on SR 13 attempting a left turn onto First Street. Pierceton.
