Kans Syracuse man charged following collision Charles Greer. 25. of Syracuse was charged for having an expired driver’s license after his vehicle collided with one driven by Dennis J. Prater, 16. of Catholic St, Pierceton The Prater vehicle was traveling north on SR 13 and Greer was southbound on SR 13 attempting a left turn onto First Street. Pierceton. Greer’s car was owned by Blanca 1. Lozano, 119 West Portland. Syracuse S3OO damage occurred Crash involves Syracuse man Willard Breeden, CR 33 Syracuse, checked for parked vehicles then backed his International semi-tractor trailer into a 1977 car driven by Wade Chiddister.
