Memorial Hospital at Fort Wayne. Mary Kathryn weighed eight pounds, seven ounces and measured 21 inches long when she made her arrival. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Glen Price of Milford. Paternal grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cockburn of Altoona, Pa. She was welcomed home by sisters Bethany 34 and Amy 14. VOGEL, Erica Lynne Mr. and Mrs. Steven Vogel, 400 South Huntington St., Syracuse, announce the birth of their daughter, Erica Lynne. She was bom at Goshen Hospital at 8:46 p.m. on November 21. She weighed seven pounds, three ounces. Maternal grandparents are Don and Wilma Plotner, Elkhart. Paternal grandparents are Herb and Donna Vogel, Elkhart. Maternal great-grandparents are Virgil and Lillian England, Palm Harbor, Fla., and Margaret Plotner, Mishawaka. Grace Thayer, Napoleon. A little music during childbirth
Mothers giving, birth at the University of Kansas Medical Center are choosing the music they want to hear during childbirth. Michael Clark, a musical therapist at the center, says music in the delivery room seems to lower the amount of discomfort and increase the relaxation of mothers during birth. Clark says most mothers

Syracuse EMS Laurie Heisser, 20, r 2 Lakeview Apartments, Syracuse, needed an ambulance at Premier Corporation on November 19 when she became ill Deena King, 15, Elkhart, suffered from a basketball injury at Wawasee High School on Thursday, Nov. 20. She was transported to Goshen Hospital. James Wise, 23, 101 E. Chicago St., Syracuse, was transported to Dr. Clark’s office and then Goshen Hospital for direct admission on November 21 when he became ill. Glinda Dusley, r 1 Cromwell, needed an ambulance from Sea Nymph on November 21. She fell and was transported to TriCounty Hospital, Columbia City.

McKibbin, narrowly escaped serious injury at 6 a.m. this morning (Wednesday) when the 1977 Chevrolet two-door sedan he was driving left the road and crashed head-on into a tree. ° McKibbin was drivingnorth on State Road 15 three and a half miles south of Milford w hen he lost control of his car. He told investigating officers at the Kosciusko Community Hospital w here he was taken that he “simply ran off the road.” The tree he struck was located on the west side of the highway. McKibbin was taken to KCH in the Milford EMS ambulance where injuries were reduced to lacerations and abrasions to the face and body, according to information from county sheriff’s radio dispatcher Gene Norton. McKibbin was listed as “fair” at the hospital. His car sustained $3,000 damages, or was totaled. Investigating officer was deputy sheriff Roger Fellows.

Daniel E. Sinn Daniel E Sinn, 73, Paulding. Ohio, died Monday at his home. Services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Latty, Ohio, Apostolic Christian Church. Mr. Sinn is survived by a son, Daniel, Jr., .Paulding: a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Paula) Haab, r 5 Syracuse; a brother of Paulding; and four sisters of Fort Wayne. His wife,- the former Nellie Zeltwanger, died on February 23. W. Wales Macy June 1,1899 — Nov. 23, 1980 M. Wales Macy, 81, r 4 Syracuse, died Sunday evening, Nov. 23, at 6.15 p.m. in Methodist Hospital, Rochester, Minn. He operated Macy’s Slip and Marine Sales and Service. Syracuse, for many years. He was born in Converse on June 1, 1899, moving to Syracuse in 1928. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Converse; Scottish Rite and Mizpah Shrine, Fort Wayne. She moved from Scotland to Syracuse in 1921. In 1919 she married Hugh Causer, who died in 1956. She married Chester Stiffler in 1963.

He preceded her in death m 1964 She was a member of the Syracuse Grace Lutheran Church, American Legioi Auxiliary, Pythian Sisters Lodge and the Syracuse Senior Citizens. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Howard (Jeanette) Penrose, Nappanee Mrs. Eugene (Annie) Fidler Winchester; Mrs. Justin (Elizabeth) Bleeke, Decatur; Miss Dorothy Causer, Syracuse and one son.
