Dr. Lawlor has a great deal of experience on this subject as Assistant Professor in the Indiana University Medical Cente and Riley Clinic and Hospital for Children. Attorney Clifford Shaul will speak on the various commitment laws in the state of Indiana. He will also address issues related to the new forensics unit, the new maximum security at Logansport State Hospital. Mr. Shaul is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law. He also has a degree in political science and a degree in international relations from the University of Oslo, Norway. Dr. David Crane, a psychiatrist and a lawyer, will speak on*
