Melody Berger and Belinda Clevenger were unable to be present for the photo. /< HOMECOMING GAME Wawasee will be playing Mississinewa on Friday r Sept. 28, for this year’s homecoming game. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. and the game will kick-off at 7:3Qp.m. Pre-sale of tickets for students will be sold at the athletic office from 8 a.m. to 3 p.ni. for $1 Friday only. All tickets will be $2 at the gate except for kindergarten through eighth grade, if accompanied by their parents, will be $1.50. The homecoming floats may be viewed prior to the game in the parking lot and the king and queen will be crowned at halftime.

Awards Banquet held for North Webster girls' teams North Webster girls’ softball league’s annual awards banquet was held recently at the Lions building. Those attending were the league players and their families, coaches and association members. Trophies and awards were presented to the players. A carry-in supper was served. A special presentation was given to Sally Black, retiring coach. League officers for next year were elected. They are: Lynda Eastman — president Paula Mitchell — vice president Judy Hardwood — secretary Lorraine Carson — treasurer.
