Suit filed over Elvis’ autopsy report The producers of ABC’s “20-20’’ news prgram have filed suit against the Shelby County, Tennessee medical examiner’s office in an effort to force the release of Elvis Presley’s autopsy report. Producer Charles Thompson claims in his suit that he was denied access to the Presley autopsy material by Dr. Jerry Francisco, the coroner in ’ Memphis, Tennessee. The TV producer says he needs the report to investigate conflicting accounts as to Presley's actual cause of death. The Memphis coroner claims that Elvis died of “hyper-tensive heart disease,” and that his death was not “drug-related.” However, medical reports emanating from Memphis’s Baptist Hospital indicated there were 10 different drugs present in the singer’s body, including three depressants at near-toxic levels. Women's 'Non-lib' a hit in Japan Women’s liberation is not faring well in Japan, if a recent pop tune there is any indication. The folk-pop record, titled “Your Lord and Master Proclaims” has vaulted into the top 10 on the hit parade just weeks after being released. The tune sings the praises of womanly obedience and subservience, cautioning a bride to “cook nothing but good meals and look pretty” and “to keep quiet and follow behind” her future husband. The vocalist-songwriter who wrote the tune is claiming that he has been swamped with calls from men who expressed approval of the 27-year-old bachelor’s definition of proper wifely behavior. He says a lot of women have also thanked him for “telling it like it should be.”
