Sept 15. on Armstrong Road, one mile east ot Oswego The autos were driven by Tom Leeka. 33. r 1 Leesburg and Lois Conkling, 64. r 1 North Webster Leeka’s auto was eastbound on Armstrong Road and came around a curve when the right front wheel of the auto dropped off the pavement. The car slid on the gravel and came back across the center lane before striking the Conkling car. which was westbound. Investigating the accident were Kosciusko County Patrolmen Thomas Brindle and Burdell Blackburn, who estimated the damages at $159 to Leeka’s auto and SIOO to the right fender and bumper of Conkling's auto
