They had a carry-in dinner and a business meeting which was conducted by Linda Coy. It was decided to hold next year’s reunion at the same place on the second Sunday in August. Those elected to the planning committee were the four surviving O’Haver daughters Pauline Speicher, Eloise Halsey, Betty Coy and Gloria Weaver. A drawing for door prizes were held and the adult winners were Mr. and Mrs. David Coy and children’s prizes went to Annie Coy and Ricky Coy. Those attending from this area were Forrest Plank, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Coy and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Coy, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Coy and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Coy and daughter all of Syracuse. Mrs. Pauline Speicher and Mr. and Mrs. Pat Speicher and son of Mlford also attended. Others were, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Coy and daughters, and Mr. and Mrs. Corky Wagner of New Paris; Mr. and Mrs. Carl O’Haver Jr. and Ronald O’Haver of Elkhart; Mr. and Mrs. Dana O’Haver of Goshen; Mr. and Mrs. Peter Wajozczuk of Osceola; and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weaver of Nappanee.
