Bowen Center operating at $420,000 savings
The Otis R Bowen Center for Human Services, Incorporated, has been able to operate at a savings of $420,000 under its 1979 budget, due to its financial management While the cost of operating has increased in the last two years, two years ago the only servic.es offered by the Bowen Center were outpatient service and a limited consultation and education program Now the „ Bowen Center offers 12 services: inpatient; outpatient; partial hospitalization; emergency; youth services; geriatric services; consultation and

The state of Indiana listed revenue received by the Bowen Center from patient fees and third party payments in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, at $162,631. Projections for 1979 indicate receipts from patient fees, insurance and other third party payments will be an amount near $492,646. The sta»e projects 1980 receipts of $964,790.
