Webster man arrested

for resisting arrest

Larry Lee Jemigan. 22. r 2 Syracuse, was booked in the Kosciusko County jail Tuesday. June 12. on two counts of resisting law enforcement He allegedly threw a bottle and hit County Police Lt. Rich Mikel at the beer party in the Backwaters Lake area Saturday evening. June 8 Jernigan was arrested by North Webster police. Tuesday. June 12. He is the fifth person arrested connected to the party North Webster police were informed that Kosciusko County Court Judge Loren Collier had issued a warrant for the arrest of Jernigan The police found the youth Tuesday evening Frank Winter and Bob Bnndle. North Webster Deputy Marshals, informed Jernigan there was a warrant issued for his arrest When the officers started to arrest Jernigan. he allegedly fought with the officers There was a struggle with Jernigan before he was subdued. Jernigan allegedly threw the beer bottle and hit County Police Lt. Mikel as Mikel proceeded onto a county road with a keg of beer that was confiscated for evidence Sat urdav night Nicolas Chamfort.
