Office on Wheels to visit area Congressman Floyd Fithian’s office on wheels will visit communities in Kosciusko next week Congressman Fithian announced that a member of his staff will be available in the mobile office to help individuals facing problems with the federal bureaucracy. Citizens also will be able to convey their views to Fithian's aide on matters facing Congress.
