McCullough on probation Larry Lee McCullough, 24, r 5 Syracuse, was given a suspended prison sentence April 17 when he appeared before Kosciusko Circuit Court Judge Gene B. Lee on a burglary charge Judge Lee sentenced McCullough to five years with the Indiana Department of Corrections, then suspended the sentence, placing him on probation for two years. He was also fined $250 and costs. Charged with burglary, a Class C. felony, McCullough was accompanied in court by his attorney Charles Davis. The Syracuse man allegedly broke into a structure owned by Wayne Van Curen, doing business at Frog Tavern, r 4 Syracuse, with the intent to commit a felony, on March 2,1979.
