Milford woman charged with shoplifting Efialia Arriola. 39, 212 E. Fourth St., Milford, was arrested by Goshen police at 12:56 p.m last Thursday for shoplifting at the G. L. Perry store in that city. She is alleged to have taken five pairs of socks and a pair of girl's gym shorts. Total value of the items is $9.29.
