Teenagers arrested e Anthony Eugene Hedges, 16, Syracuse and John Arthur Grahovac, 17, Cromwell, were arrested by Kosciusko County police Friday night, March I<>. The two teens were arrested after they were caught with marijuana following a routine registration check by police. Kosciusko County Patrolman Thomas Kitch was patroling in the North Webster area around 111 p.m. when he noticed a 1964 truck turn into the lot of a North Webster gas station on SR 13 South. When Kitch asked for the registration, Grahovac, who was driving, opened the glove compartment: and revealed a cellophane bag containing marijuana. Hie content of the bag was determined later. Hedges, a passenger, was asked to step out of the truck and when he did so two clear plastic bags containing a greenish substance were showing from the breast pocket of his shirt.
