THREE INJURED — Three persons were injured in a 2:45 p.m. accident last Thursday. Dec. 21. on SR 15, one-half mile south of Milford.

Taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital in the Milford ambulance were Mark Rose, 24 and his wife Melva, 23, 1104 Maiden Lane Court Apartments, Ann Arbor, Mich., and Winton D. Carroll. 46. 68659 CR 23 New Paris. Rose sustained lacerations to the lower lip and complained of knee injuries. His wife. Melva, received a black eye. Both were treated and released. Carroll, who sustained a laceration to the forehead as well as neck and stomach injuries, was listed in fair condition Thursday night.

The mishap occurred when Carroll, driving south on SR 15, veered across the centerline and struck the Rose car head on. Damages were set at $1,200 to the Rose car, owned and Mrs. Robert F. Andrews, 501 W alnut St., Winona Lake, and $2,000 to the Carroll auto.

Investigating the accident were Milford Town Marshal David Hobbs. Milford assistant deputy Michael Veach. County Sheriff-elect C. Alan Rovenstine and state trooper James Springer.

This show was held on August 10. 1947 and is not unlike the first one with many of the same advertisers. Events were pony class, model class western, western parade plain mounted, musical chair ( 15 years and under*, western stock class, milk bottle class (horsemen wiH carry water across arena in paper cup and fill a milk bottle*, musical chair (16 years and older >, South Bend Boots & Saddle Club Quadrille and a night show featuring horsemanship (17 years and under*. English and Western, also fine harness class, western pair class, three-gaited class, five-gaited class, Palomino class, Tennessee walking horse, western parade silver mounted, western pleasure class. Another college student in Milford over the holiday season is Lydia Tucker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Tucker, and a freshman at South Bend Memorial's School of Nursing. —o— HAVE YOU noticed that beard Max Evans is sporting? He says he won't shave it off until the family moves into its home. It will be remembered the Evans lost their home in a fire last summer. The couple is currently rebuilding on the same location. General Telephone asks reclassification A legal notice appears in this issue in the matter of the petition of General Telephone Company of Indiana to reclassify its Elkhart and Wakarusa exchanges, each of which has grown out of its present rate group, into petitioner’s appropriate, approved rate groups according to the number of main stations now accessible without message-toll charges, through each of said exchanges, and to file and apply revised tariffs in accordance with such reclassifications. The petition was filed with the Public Service Commission on December 11. Minor damages A car driven by Lee R. Cory, 87. r 1 Milford, received $350 damage after Cory pulled out from a parking lot onto Emeline Street in Milford and struck an auto driven by Stephen C. Eryman, 26. 302 North Main St., Milford. The accident, which occurred at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21. also caused SIOO to Eryman's auto. County Patrolman Roger Fellows investigated. Extensive damage in collision Anna C. Wong, 26, of 500 North Branch in Syracuse, was involved in a collision at Main Street and Kercher Road in Goshen on Tuesday evening of last week, sustaining a bump to the left leg. She was driver of a 1977 Jeep Cherokee. Driver of the other vehicle was Daniel Walter, 53, CR 38, Goshen, operating a 1976 Chevrolet truck. Syracuse police set damages at $2,100,
