ERROR IN SUIT An item in this column last week stated Mrs. Andrew Gilbert, 1501 Ranch Road. Warsaw, had filed suit against Jack Vulgamott and Tom’s Electric, r 3 Syracuse. This is incorrect. The suit was filed by Mrs. Gilbert against Jack Vulgamott only. Mrs. Gilbert has no claim against Tom’s Electric. COMPLAINT WRONG The plenary complaint listed in last week’s paper reading, “Jay Clutter Custom Digging vs Joseph Moorehouse, r 1 Leesburg. Plaintiff asks for judgment in the amount of 33,000, for cost of action and all other proper relief,” was in error. The suit was an amended counterclaim filed by Moorehouse for 33.000 and transferred from small claims to plenary because of the amount being over the limit of the small claims court. It should have read Joseph Moorehouse. r 1 Leesburg against Jay Clutter Custom Digging. Plaintiff asks for judgment in the amount of 33,000 for cost of action and all other proper relief.
