Besides having actual Sunday School training, the teachers spend time with lab leaders who help the teachers with their training. A seminar is also being held to train teachers to become lab leaders. A teacher must have completed two lab schools before entering the seminar and become certified. Rev. Don Bible is conducting the seminar at Oakwood Park. In the seminar, Rev. Bible says he works primarily with theology and theory in training prospective lab leaders. He commented, "The seminar helps them to set goals, how to lead others in planning and evaluating. It also helps Them understand what gbes into lesson plans." After successfully completing the seminar, which involves approximately 46 hours of lab and seminar work, a leader becomes certified by the General Board of Discipleship, District of Education, Nashville, Tenn. Tp go along with the latKschool, an optional skills workshop is being offered. THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS A LITTLE HONESTY

•Bi ■' f you have gone to great lengths to teach your children to be honest at all times, you are to be o commended. However, the most convincing lesson is the example of your own behavior. Do they dry their hands on towels embroidered with the names of famous hotels, which you took for “souvenirs”? Do they overhear Dad bragging about the way he cheated on his income tax return, or watch Mom displaying an item the cashier to ring up, which she has no intention of paying for? All these things combine to make a mockery of the lesson youtried to teach your children. What the whole family needs are some good sessions at the Church of your choice, which will remind each generation that honesty, like perfection, does not come in degrees.
