First Charter Insurance Agency ARE YOU HALF INSURED? Did you know that more than 55 per cent of all single family homes in the U.S. do not have sufficient insurance coverage? In fact, the average insurance on all homes today is only 70.8 per cent of replacement cost. Why? The major reason is that insured values are not changed to reflect the skyrocketing cost of replacing homes today. If your house cost $20,000 ten years ago, it may cost you $30,000 to replace it today. Another common reason is the failure to obtain added coverage for additions and improvements. Insurance policies should not be treated like the Dead Sea Scrolls. Don't lock them up and forget them. It's wise to review them every couple of years. Indifference can cost you money running into the thousands of dollars. If you're not sure about your own insurance coverage, call us today. Don't be half insured. **************** This Information Has Been Brought a m ? To YouAs A Public Service By — First Charter 'T Insurance Agency _4l I p.o.
