State police report given for March The Indiana State Police at Ligonier Post has announced the following end of the month report for the month of March on activities in Kosciusko County. Four troopers and one sergeant worked 1,040 hours, patrolling 19,247 miles. In this time they investigated 21 accidents, made 96 arrests and issued 84 waTrnings. Kosciusko County during the three months of 1978 as compared to two persons during this same period in 1977. For the six county district, 14 persons have lost their lives in traffic accidents as compared to 13 persons this same period last year. This is an increase of one fatality.
