Thefts reported from parking lots Syracuse police are investigating the theft of a jeep and other articles from Syracuse parking lots last Thursday, March 16. A 1977 jeep, owned by Lon D. White, of Syracuse, was stolen between 3 and 11 p.m. from the Syracuse Rubber parking lot. The vehicle is described as red with a black canvas top and white

sidewall tires. The 1978 Indiana license plate reads 19383 W. Terry Pauley, Ligonier, reported the theft of four mag wheels and tires from his car parked in the Weatherhead lot. The theft occurred sometime before 1:30 p.m. A Midland Citizens Band radio was taken from a vehicle owned by Lloyd Holderman, 531 Oak Street, Syracuse, while it was parked at his residence.
