Warrior netters end season
By MARK STIFFLER The Wawasee High School boys’ tennis team ended its most successful season on a rather sad note as the boys were shut out by Jimtown in the opening round of the sectional tournament. Each of the team members lost in the minimum two sets as the team fell to the Jimmies 5-0 at Elkhart Friday afternoon. Overall, however, it was the most successful tennis season in school history as the team finished with a 9-6 record. No. 2 singles player Bryan Smith had the best individual record as he was 14-4. Kent Trobaugh was in No. 3 singles and he finished 12-6. J. D. Carl. No. 1 singles, was right behind at 11-7. Coach Jack

FUTURE SHOCK!!!
Who would have thought that wed ever look forward to an annual inflation rate of 6% with an emotion close to ecstocy? Yet today that s what we re doing. The reason of course is that after three successive yearly hikes averaging better than 9%, 1976 s 6% increase looks pretty good Don t be fooled —6% inflation is high At that rote prices double in 12 years What would happen to housing prices with o 6% yearly cost-of living increase 7 A home that cost $45 000 now would increase to $90,548 in 12 years. In 20 yeari it would cost $144,320. In 30 years it would sell for $258,456. What does oil this mean? Whatever your age you must find a way to create an income in addition to your pay check.

Although there is no such thing as the perfect investment, real estate may be the nearest thing to it. It can be an income producer, a shelter from high taxes, ond an ideal protection from the ravages of inflation. Real estate values historically increase faster than general inflation prices and maintain a higher value than most assets in depression. The ideal hedge. The Beer Bunch will WORK for you.
