Brennan, veteran of overseas service in Germany and Viet Nam. has been named army recruiter for the Warsaw Army Recruiting Station. 611 South Buffalo Street, according to the army's Indianapolis district recruiting command, which services 68 counties in Illinois and Indiana. Brennan and his wife. Bonny, and their two children, Ricky L., Jr., four, and Steven S., two, will reside at 1818 Sue Avenue, Warsaw. Mrs. Brennan is the former Bonny Fulford, Cromwell. Brennan is a native of Syracuse. The 2S-year-old soldier comes to Warsaw from East Chicago, where he has recruited for the volunteer army for the past three years. Brennan's parents are Mrs. Norma Personette, Syracuse, and the late Leslie Brennan. Van Buren budget up two cents The proposed budget for Van Buren Township carries a rate of 14 cents, two cents higher than the current budget The current rate is 12 cents. The proposed levies are nine cents in the township fund and five cents in fire fighting to raise $7,931 and $3,632 respectively or a total of $11,563 for the operation of the township in 1978. The current levies are nine cents in the township fund and three cents in the fire fighting fund.
