Members of the Lakeland Women’s Bowling Association met Monday evening at the Milford Fire Station for the annual fall organizational meeting There were 45 in attendance. President Barbara Miller conducted the business meeting. Rosemary Gerrity reported on the Women's Indiana workshop held at Logansport. Reports on the annual Women’s International Bowling Congress convention and the National Bowling Hall of Fame and Museum were given by Sharon Gilbert. LWBA local tournament rules were read and voted on. The date set for the tournament is during the week of February 13-19,1978. The Thursday Night Ladies Bowling League will be in charge of the annual banquet to be held Girl athletes to hold meetings Meetings have been set for the girls volleyball and swimming teams at Wawasee High School. Both teams will be meeting on August 15 at the school. Girls must have their physicals before the August 15 practice date. Forms may be picked up at the high school. Sendak is attempting to provide consumerrelated information to as many Hoosiers as possible. As one way to do this, a traveling representative of the division will be at the courthouse in Warsaw on Friday, Aug. 5, at 8:45 a.m. The representative will stay until 9:15 a.m. The representative will be driving the easily-identified consumer protection information van and will be available to answer questions, take complaints and distribute informational booklets. Two from county have licenses suspended recently Two Kosciusko County drivers had their driving privileges suspended recently according to the latest list released by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Those drivers are Darrell J. Hochstetler, Nappanee, for drunk driving, suspended from May 5 to July 5, 1977; and Edward E. Newcomer, Jr., 1810 East Market, Nappanee, for drunk driving, suspended from April 11 to October 8, for drunk driving. On Aug. 7, 1782, Gen.
