NIPSCo customers may face increase Customers of Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCo) will have a chance to testify about the requested 18 per cent electric rate increase on Monday, Aug. 15, in Crown Point. A public hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Criminal Division of Lake Superior Court, court room 1, 229 North Main Street, Crown Point. .
