handled with care and interest." Rosner believes a buyer should know all the flaws in a piece of real estate before buying or renting it. She explained this by comparing a house with a gem. "Every gem has a flaw. Every house has been built by man. so it’s going to have a flaw or defect in it." This is why she will interview all her buyers extensively and will have certification of inspections on all her listings. “Let them walk in knowing what they’re walking into,” emphasized the broker. Along with the real e&ate business, Rosner will alsa be operating a secretarial and live answering service. Tiffany Secretarial and Answering Service.

She has hired a 1977 Wawasee High School graduate, Phyllis Horvath, to take messages and provide secretarial service for those who need it. So far Horvath and Rosner will be the only persons working out of the office, but more will be added as the business grows. The reason for the secretarial and answering service Rosner said is that it is a needed service in Syracuse. “I feel its a community service and its a nice service.” Businessmen will be able to have their mail sent there if so desired and can have all types of secretarial duties performed for them, without having to hire a secretary Danette Rosner comes originally from Indianapolis moving to the Bay Point Condominiums on Lake Wawasee in 1970. She was an interior decorator in Indianapolis before obtaining her real estate broker's

license. She worked for Nellan’s Real Estate in Syracuse for two years before deciding to branch out on her own. She has a daughter. Tiffany, who is eight. Tiffany is also the inspiration for the name of the businesses — Tiffany Ltd, and Tiffany Secretarial and Answering Service. Concerning Syracuse, Rosner feels it is a community that should be preserved. She feels it is an excellent community for raising children and the poeple are just great. The preserving should come from the people who live in Syracuse, she added. So far. Danette Rosner said she is just trying to establish a name for Tiffany Ltd. She mentioned that she has received a “lot of good reception” and hopes it will get better. Summing up her feelings for Tiffany Ltd., Rosner said. “I enjoy my work, enjoy meeting

people. That’s what it’s all about.” IU students to help new students BLOOMINGTON - Franfc Nyikos. r 3 box 488 Syracuse, is among 22 Indiana University Bloomington students selected to assist the university division Staff with the pre-registration program for incoming freshmen June 30-July 14 on the Bloomington campus.
