PURCHASE VAN - Wawasee High School officials were the proud recipients last Friday of a motor van presented to them by Robert Willits, third from left, director of manufacturing. Barth, Inc., Milford Shown are Athletic Director Eldon Ummel, Girls Athletic Coordinator Marcia Carpenter. W illits and Athletic Coordinator Terry Frank. A significant contribution regarding the total cost of the van by Barth officials enabled the Wawasee High School athletic department to purchase the unit. The unit has been designed to transport groups of 10 or less to and frorfi school activities. Also, when needed, space is provided to transport school equipment. Since athletic gate receipts for athletic events had. over the past nine years, provided the necessary funds for the purchase of this van. the athletic department will have first priority regarding use. Other school organizations will be able to schedule the use of the unit through the athletic director. School officials see tremendous utilization of the motor unit for the total school corporation.
