"Magic Moments’’ is the theme for the spring concert to be held at Wawasee High School Friday, May 13. at 7*30 p.m The concert will be given by the concert orchestra. cadet, treble and concert choirs Neil Diamonds "Jonathan Livingston Seagull' will be one of the selections presented by the concert orchestra, directed by Ervin Orban Other selections will feature numbers by Handel and Bizet The concert choir, directed byMrs Ralph Ann> Bushong, will open the choral portion of the concert with the theme song "Magic Moments" by Burt Bacharach and a collection of 1920 songs. "Twentiana A piano solo by Jill Slinger will be the next feature on the program She will play "Polichinelle” by Rachmaninoff Othlr featured numbers by the concert choir will include a girl’s trio compromised of Nanette Dipert, Deb Taylor and Chris Taylor, a solo by Joel Popen foose; a solo by Stephanie Davenport a group of senior girls from the choirs singing “Matchmaker;" and the senior boys from the choir singing “Music to Watch Girls By " The treble choir will next sing an Italian madrigal.
