Ronald Harris July 27. IMI — April 28. 1977 Ronald Lee Harris. 35. r 1 North Webster, was dead on arrival at Kosciusko Community Hospital. Warsaw, at 8 pm Thursday. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack. A son of Charles 1 and Mary (Wagoner) Harris, he was born at Marion on July 27, 1941. His marriage to Rita Ray took place July 3. 1964. and she survives He was a member of the North Webster Lions and employed at North Webster Products In addition to the widow, he is survived by his mother. Monday, May 3 in Goshen Hospital The girl, weighing seven pounds, 12 ounces, was named Molly Maurine. This is the first child for the Hansons. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bob Searfoss. Thursday by the Milford EMS. On Friday a woman became ill at her home, complaining of chest pains and being weak. She was transported to the Goshen Hospital and admitted. Syracuse EMS Wanda England, 17, r 4 box 170 Syracuse, was taken ill Sunday, May 1, at 1:55 p.m. She is the daughter of Kellie England. Syracuse EMS was called to her home. She was taken to Goshen Hospital at 2:33 p.m. Syracuse EMS was sent to the scene of an accident on SR 6, one mile east of SR 33 in Benton Township Monday, May 2, at 4:33 p.m. Larry Betts, 28, 503 Garfield Elkhart, Jo Anne Hamm and Mack S. Hay. 23. 17977 Co . 48 r 1 New Paris were all taken to Goshen Hospital at 5:30 p.m. All suffered some bruises and lacerations. Another ambulance run was also called on Monday. May 2. Ray McKinley, 79, 119 West Brooklyn Street Syracuse, became ill at his home and had to be taken to Goshen Hospital. .Ambulance arrived on the scene at 7:17 p.m. McKinley was taken to the hospital at 7:48 p.m. Mrs. Gaylord Jones, 55, 34 North Shore Drive Syracuse, fell off her bicycle Tuesday, May 3, at 4:10 p.m. Syracuse EMS took her to Goshen Hospital at 4:40 p.m. Ambulance was sent to the home of Virginia L. Pohl, 200 West North Street Syracuse, at 12.15 p.m. May 3. When they arrived. EMS personnel found Mrs. Pohl had died. She was pronounced dead by the coroner.
and had been ill with cancer for two years. Mrs. Hossler was born October 5.1909 in Nappanee. She married J. Harrison Hossler March 12, 1933 He preceded her in death on June 11. 1957. She was formerly employed at the Nappanee library and was a member of First Brethren Church, where she was active in the WMS and had served as church organist. Surviving besides her son, Harrison, are two daughters, Mrs. Connie Boussom, Huntsville, Ala. and Mrs. JoEllen McFall, Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; two brothers. Lowell Brevier, Flint, Mich, and Frederick Brevier, Niles, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Ellis Cowling, Corydon; a step-sister, Mrs. Ruth Hunsberger, Wakarusa; and a stepbrother, Paul Mishler. Elkhart. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a m. last Saturday in the First Brethren Church Rev. Alvin Schiff lett, pastor of the church, officiated. Burial was in the South Union Cemetery. Mrs. Bert Cripe Jan. 31. tafcl — April 29,1977 Services were held Tuesday for Hattie E Cripe. 86. of Syracuse. Death came at 1:15 p.m on Friday in the Indiana Masonic Home at Franklin where she had resided for some time, and was due to complications. She had been in failing health for a number of years. Mrs. Cripe was born at Bremen on January 31,1891, a daughter of John and Suhannah (Fore) Ranstead and resided in the Syracuse community most of her life. She was married on October 2, 1910. to Bert B. Cripe and he preceded her in death on November 1, 1958 A housewife, she also assisted a son in his cabinet shop at Syracuse for a number of years Mrs. Cripe was a member of the Syracuse Church of the Brethren. Order of the Eastern Star. American Legion Auxiliary, Women’s Relief Corps and Pythian Sisters, all at Syracuse Survivors include two sons.
An ambulance was sent to the residence of Barbara S. Mills, 25, r 2 Syracuse, last Thursday, April 28, at 11:56 p.m. when she became ill. Death was unexpected and came at her home on Friday afternoon. Death was ruled due to natural causes. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hann, the deceased was born in Goshen on March 28,1942. She is also survived by the father of Elkhart, the mother. Mrs. Deloris Tyson of Warsaw; i and a sister. Mrs. Joan Shirley of Elkhart. Interment was in Oakwood Kemetery. LaMar E. Berger June 29,1946 — April 1977 Graveside services were held April 30 in the Bremen cemetary for LaMar E Berger, 30. of 602 W. Market St.. Nappanee. Berger, who had been missing one week, was found in the Saint Joseph River west of Elkhart. Friday afternoon. The body was discovered by Robert Holmes, 56029 Rivershores Lane, Elkhart. Elkhart County Sheriff’s Ptl. H. E. Moser recovered the body. Os the 24 existing units in Phase I and Phase 11. 21 have been sold, with the majority of the occupants being year-round residents. Death came at 9 a m. on Monday in Lutheran Hospital at Fort Wayne, and was due to complications following failing health for several years. Born at East Chicago on July 15, 1916, a daughter of Al and Grace (Witmore) L&berenz, she resided at Fort Wayne most of her life. She is survived by her husband.

Ray and Robert, both of Fort Wayne; Tom of Columbia City and James of Tucson, Ariz. ; five grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters. One daughter preceded her in death. Method. 76. r 1 Knoxville, Ohio, and father of Norman Method of Syracuse. Death came in Lima Memorial Hospital following an illness of four months. year at which time he moved to Ohio, he was bom in Milford on May 12, 1900, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Method. He .was married in 1951 to Edna Mae Crowl and she preceded him in death in 1961. The deceased retired from the Gatke Corp, in 1971. In addition to the Syracuse son, he is survived by two other sons. Donald of New Knoxville and Larry of Ontario, Calif.; two brothers, Dale of Columbia City and Guy, r 2 Warsaw; eight grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Interment was in Oswego Cemetery.
