Elva Potts injured in accident
Elva C. Potts, 54, r 1 Leesburg, was traveling east on West Market St., in Warsaw, when the Driver cited following crash Richard J. Kemper. 24, North Webster, was cited by Warsaw police last Thursday evening following a two-car collision in Warsaw. Drivers involved were Kemper and Wilfred Fretz, 60, of Warsaw. Fretz, who was westbound on Center, told officers he stopped to make a left turn onto Bronson street. When a vehicle passed, Fretz started to turn and struck the eastbound Kemper car as it passed. The Warsaw man said he did not see the auto. Kemper was cited for driving without an operator s license

According to witness’ reports to Sgt. John Hershberger, the signal light at the intersection was green for east-west traffic on Market street at the time of the collision.
