Miss Jeannine Amos and Brett G. Nelson were united in marriage on June 28 in Calvary United Methodist church. The engagement of Miss Linda Henry to Larry Harkleroad of Richmond has been announced with August 16 as the wedding date in Saint Johns Luther church in Richmond. Susan Diane Greider and Charles G. Spry were married at 4 p.m. June 21 in the North Webster Church of God. The Lake Wawasee Flotilla was held this past week, under very threatening skies. Mrs. Frederick Stowell, the former Virginia Arthur, is leaving soon on an extended tour of Europe. Rev. August Lundquist of Auburn will be guest speaker on July 13 at Epworth Forest. Robin L. Shipley, son of Mr and Mrs Richard Shipley of North Webster, is serving as a helicopter repairman with the 29th transportation company at Echludinger air field in Germany Long distance swimmers in the swim-a-thon set for July 19 in front of Wawasee Prep, are preparing for the event.
