June 6 with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Saint Joseph Valley Bank. W. Market St., Nappanee. Mr. Speicher and the former Trilba M. Beigh were married June 2,1926 by H. W. Franklin, at Albion. He is retired from the Baltimore and Ohio R. R. after 45 years of service. The open house is being given by their only daughter and family. Mr. and Mrs. Weldon (Ruth Edith! Harbaugh and grandchildren Rebecca Anne and David Fredric Harbaugh of Chelsea. Mich. Relatives and friends are invited, but the family request no gifts, please.

The couple is planning a June 11 wedding in Bettendorf, lowa. Miss Boyer is a 1975 graduate of Wawasee high school and will receive an associate degree as a chiropractic assistant on June 12 from Pflmer college in Davenport, lowa. Her fiance is from Cedar Rapids, lowa. After their wedding the couple will live in Lakeland. Fla. Twilighters meet in Strieby home Mrs. Philip Strieby was hostess for the May meeting of the Twilighters Bunco club of Syracuse, with Mrs. Richard Workman as hostess. Guests were Mrs. Norman Robie and Mrs Gerald Bitner. High for the evening went to Mrs Stanley- Grimes; low, Mrs. Bill Coburn; travel, Mrs. Robert Moser, and door prize, Mrs Bitner. Miss Anita Rheinheimer. daughter of Dr and Mrs. Floyd Rheinheimer of Milford, was united in marriage to Paul Yoder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orris Yoder of Shipshewana, in a double ring evening service on Friday, May 28, at 7 p.m in the Shore Mennonite church in Shipshewana.

They carried bouquets of white roses and baby’s breath, centered with a white candle. . Kelly Rowand, Perrysville, served as best man. Groomsmen were Larry Hurley of Dyer, Steve Hicks. Covington, Jody Biancardi, Hammond, and Roger Dake, Lexington. Paul Culp and Ray Lauer of Huntington served as ushers. Reception Follows A reception followed in the Speedway Holiday Inn. The bride graduated from Ben Davis high school at Indianapolis s and the bridegroom from Huntington North high school. Both are 1976 graduates of Indiana State university. Following a honeymoon to the Smokey Mountains, the couple will reside in Brazil where the bridegroom is employed with radio station SVWCM. South Shore ladies play beat the pro Members of the South Shore Ladies Golfing association met Tuesday for the weekly ladies day play which was “Beat the Pro.” Winners in the nine-hole division were: First, B. J. Silveus; second. Bertha Lehman. and low putts. Mary Jane Lesh. First place ties in the 18-hole group went to Kay Hare, Maxine Fuller, Jackie Wortinger and Betty Nyce. Sandy Walgamuth took second. New tee times for play starting next Tuesday will be at 8 a.m. for the 18-hole group and 9 for the nine-hole players.
Harvey Chupp of the Shore Mennonite church officiated at the service Duet selections were sung by Gerald Ressler of Dalton, Ohio and Mary Alice Yutzy of Plain City, Ohio. Regina Yoder, sister of the bridegroom, provided piano music during the service. Attending the bride was Kristine Miller, cousin of the bride, from Shipshewana Daryl Hershberger of Angola was the bridegroom’s best man. Those serving as ushers were Roger and Doug Rheinheimer, brothers of the bride, Byard Yoder, brother of the bridegroom and Don Hooley. Reception A reception followed the service in the fellowship hall of the church. Mim Rheinheimer, sister-in-law of the bride, was the hostess for the reception. Servers were Betty Peachey, Cheree Allen, Carol Jeanne Rutt and June Davidhizer. The couple are residing at 1075 Shenandoah St, Harrisburg. Va The bride is a 1974 graduate of Wawasee high school and is presently a junior at Eastern Mennonite college in Harrisburg, Va. The bridegroom is a 1973 graduate of Bethany Christian high school, Goshen, and is a senior at Eastern Mennonite college.

The sisters were married three days apart in the home of their mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Bowman, on Sargent street, by the late Rev. M. F. Kretzman of the Saint John’s Lutheran church. The Barretts have one child, Collette Bish and the Reichards are parents of seven children. The Barretts have moved permanently to Hidden Valley Mobile Home Park in DeLeon, while the Reichards live in Wawaka.
