If your situation dictates that you buy one 1 would strongly recommend that you buy used, in which case the depreciation has been largely absorbed. In this way when you decide to buy a house you will have an item on your hands which can be sold. Often people who buy new mobile homes find that when they wish to sell they still owe more than the unit is worth.) NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION: If you are considering building a new home 1 recommend you talk to someone whom I have built for. Any of us will sell if the price is ridiculous enough but that means the broker has to go searching for a sucker. My interest lies not in the quantity of listings but in the high percentage of listings which culminate in sales at listed price. < Enough Philosophy For One Day)
