Inc., presently funds over 200 agencies in addition to maintaining an information and referral service. “The best definition of an information and referral service,” says Snodgrass, is: “To bring people with unmet needs to the most appropriate resources in the shortest possible time.” The United Fund was formed in 1958 to bring together in a united appeal all possible individual campaigns. *105,086 in savings bonds sold in January Kosciusko county sales of Series E and H United States Savings Bonds were $105,986 in the month of January. Sales in the state of Indiana were $19,022,860 reports Alfred J. Stokely, state chairman of the Indiana volunteer committee. This represents 2.7 per cent of national sales of $693,000,000. Indiana has achieved 8.4 per cent of the 1976 state quota of $225,500,000.
