Dr. Cross speaks at Sechrist 65 meeting

Dr. Richard Cross. Warsaw, was guest speaker at the March 3 meeting of Sechrist Sixty Five home extension club. His topic was “Medical Facts For Women.” The ladies met in the home of Mrs. Larry Teghtmeyer, North Webster. Mrs. Jay Boyer assisted the hostess. Mrs. Boyer also gave the cultural arts lesson. Diane Williams read devotions. Janet Hamman discussed “Bike Safety" as the health and safety lesson. Mrs. Jerry Badskey led group singing. Garderi remarks were given byLinda Haney and Dixie Pryor presented the citizenship lesson. He has been a supervisor of the Boys Dormitory at McCurdy School in Espanola and is now a teacher of religion and driver’s education at the school as well as the pastor of the Velarde United Methodist Mission church where the mission work began in 1912.
