UNIVERSITY CHOIR AT SYRACUSE — The 65-voice choir from Indiana Central university will present a special concert on Monday evening, Feb. 23, at the Calvary United Methodist church in Syracuse starting at 7:30 p.m. The university is affiliated with the United Methodist church and is located in Indianapolis.

To have special Sunday service Pastor Norman Floyd of the Bible Baptist church of Ligonier has invited the public to attend special services this coming Sunday. Feb. 15. in the morning and evening. Dr. Wendell Evans, president of Hyles Anderson Christian college at Schererville, will be speaking at both services. Mrs. Evans will be speaking to i the ladies of the church at the • Sunday school hour-and at the 5 I p.m. time preceding the evening I service at 6 o’clock. Mrs. Evans is described as unique and one of her many accomplishments has been in organizing a ladies retreat last week end. The 500 to 700 women expected for the event, for lodging and meals, ran to 5,000 participants. Sunday school time at the Ligonier church, located on Sixth street, is at 10:30 a.m. and the evening worship time is at 6.
