Opening night for the second delightful production of the season at Lake Wawasee's Enchanted Hilis playhouse will be Wednesday. July 2. The play will run through Saturday. July 5. The zany comedy. "Arsenic and Old Lace,” features the slightly inorthodox escapades of the two most lovable old ladies you’ll ever meet, the Brewster sisters. Abby, and Martha Brewster are played by Nona Niedert and Coleen Maloney. Their nephew. Mortimer, is played by Bruce Ferry and the household is disrupted entirely by the family black-sheep. Jonathon, as portrayed by Brian Kosnik. when he returns back to the old home

Cuties reign at Webster Wednesday Last Wednesday was Cutie day at the Mermaid Festival and the youngsters reigned throughout the day and night. Presiding over the evening’s activities were the 1965 King and Queen John Kaiser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kaiser of Milford, and Shelly Darr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Darr of Hartford City. And. the 1964 Cutie King and Queen, Timmy Keim, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Keim of Leesburg, and Jennifer Woodward, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Woodward of Warsaw. 1975 Royalty Crowned 1975 King and Queen were Tim Lawmaster, son of Mrs. Mary Lawmaster of Bremen and Jeryl. Baker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Baker of r 1 Pierceton. Tim is four and Jeryl is 54. Both received $25 savings bonds and a large trophy. First runners-up were Kris Owens, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Owens of Leesburg, and Matthew Scott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Scott of Etna Green. Second runners-up were Barbara Jo Butler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Butler of Syracuse and Keith Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Smith of Warsaw. All received a trophy. A total of 65 young girls between the ages of four and six participated in the contest as did 49 boys between the ages of four and six.
