Indiana Plans and specifications are on file with the President of the Town Board and the Town Clerk Treasurer and may be obtained by contacting either the President or Town Clerk Treasurer, and said plans and specifications are now on tile in the old fire station in the Town of Sidney. Indiana Proposals shall be properly and com pietely executed on Bid Form 95 and with Form 96 and non collusion affidavit as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts and required by statute An acceptable certified check or bank draft made payable to the Town Clerk Treasurer or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a satisfactory surety company in an amount of not less than 10 per cent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Contractors awarded work shall be required to furnish an acceptable surety bond in an amount ot IX per cent of the contract price. Payment shall be made from funds derived from the bonds on hand and the award shall be conditioned on funds being available for such construction and no bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Town Clerk Treasurer for a period of sixty (60) days
