Ron is vice president of The Papers Incorporated and serves as production manager at the Milford printing plant. He is usually found assisting in the myriad details that go to make the various publications possible.

Arch is president of the corporation and is publisher of The Mail-Journal and the three shopper editions named 'the paper.' He has assigned himself to general news reporting, and takes special pride in news writing and handling general photo assignments. It's normal to see him assisting a customer with his advertising layout.
