United Telephone Co. of Indiana, Inc., announces plan to reclassify North Webster exchange rates Proper rates are determined for each exchange according to the number of main telephone stations accessible both locally and via other toll-free service. North Webster has outgrown its present rate group. The reclassification is proposed in order to avoid discriminatory rate groupings between North Webster and other exchanges of comparable size. A petition has been filed with the Public Service Commission of Indiana outlining the proposal. New rates would become effective upon approval by the Commission.
