Policy school on inflation at North Wood
How can we have rising prices and rising rates of unemployment at the same time? How can the price of automobiles go up when demand for them is down? What are the principle causes of the current inflation? How is inflation affecting the various sectors of the economy? How much inflation are we likely to have over the next year or so? People say, “Buy now. before prices go even higher.” How does that attitude contribute to inflation? These questions and many others, are all part of the national debate over inflation and what to do about it. Bob Jones and Otto Doering. Purdue Agricultural Economists, will be at North Wood school, Nappanee.
