Do you know or have a child with a handicap? Cardinal Learning Center is looking for children who could benefit from project Shape or its pre-school program. Services are available for children in areas including developmental lag, cultural deprivation, speech problems, slow language development, retardation, learning problems, emotional disturbance, physical handicaps, neureological impairment and others. Shape, a systematic home approach to pre-school education, is a new program which begins at birth and is carried on in the home with a visiting teacher on a once a week basis.
