Winona Lake has levy 0f53.54 proposed Members of the Winona Lake town board have proposed a $3.54 levy for the town in 1975 according to a legal notice which is signed by clerk-treasurer Helen Howard and which appears elsewhere in this issue. The general fund rate has been set at $2.86 to raise $74,652 while the street fund has been set at 68 cents to raise $17,749. The total $3.54 rate will raise $92,401.
