LOCAL CAMPERS enjoyed Warship in the Round in Warsaw on July 7. A group of 25 persons from the-Bethel church who were camping near Warsaw enjoyed the service. It was the first time for most of the group to attend the services. The theme was patriotism and religion in an all around good production which included dance, very good music and some drama with a background speaker. The Warsaw community can be proud of the work its citizens put into this early Sunday morning warship service each week for the convenience of campers, travelers. etc. A REAL FISH story has been heard recently by’ many friends of DM (not to mention any names) who was fishing at the Mishler cottage at Waubee Lake the week of the fourth. She caught a big bass (a w hopper according to all who saw the incident ) and had it in the bucket (no lid) and it jumped out. You think this sounds “fishy" moat people do. but the story has to be true. We can find a dozen or so people who were at the neighboring cottages and will swear it is the truth. It must really be hard to lose that “Big one" after you’ve got it off the line and into the bucket only to have it jump out later. Parked camper truck is hit Herbert Sandler of Deerfield.
