JAMES DUNGAN James Duane Dungan, 82. Naples. Fla., father of Samuel 0. Dungan 11, r 2 Leesburg and Mrs. Anna Marie Pritchett, r 2 Leesburg, passed away Monday at Naples. Mr. Dungan was a retired president of Polk Sanitary Milk Co., Indianapolis, former Tippecanoe Lake summer resident, a member of Mural Shrine Temple, the Royal Order of Jesters, Scottish Rite. 50 year member of Royal lodge. F & AM at Indianapolis and a former president of the Indianapolis Rotary club He moved to Naples. Fla., from Indianapolis in 1958. Surviving with the son and daughter are the widow. Hazel; two other daughters, Mrs. Frances Templeton, Indianapolis. Mrs. Barbara Jean Slottag. North Fort Myers. Fla.; seven grandchildren; 15 greatgrandchildren; one sister. Mrs. Lester LeFever, Milwaukee. Wis. Services were held at 11 a m.

Floyd and Howard Smith, all of Leesburg, passed away Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Murphy Medical Center in Warsaw. Mrs. Smith was born on February 2. 1882 to David and Malinda (Wolfe) Kintzel at Clunette. She was united in marriage on November 14,1906 to Howard S. Smith in Warsaw and he preceded her tn death on November 18, 1972. Mrs. Smith was a member of the First United Methodist church at Warsaw. Surviving with the three sons are one other son, Wilbur, Syracuse; one daughter. Mrs. Reub (Helen) Williams, Warsaw; 10 grandchildren; and 21 greatgrandchildren. Services were conducted Monday at 10 a m. with interment in the Oakwood cemetery

Mrs. Livinia Lung of Syracuse was admitted Friday to the Orn nursing home at Milford. Judith Valentine of Leesburg was admitted to the Whitley County hospital at Columbia City last week. Dessel Read, 618 South Harrison St., Syracuse, was dismissed from the Goshen hospital Saturday and admitted to Miller Merry Manor Miss Edith Bontrager of Waubee Lake was released Saturday from the Saint Mary’s hospital at Rochester, Minn. She was transported by air ambulance to the Goshen airport and from there to her Waubee Lake home by her sister, Elsie. Harry Bouse of Leesburg was admitted to the Whitley Countyhospital at Columbia City early this week. Douglas Bowser, Jr., North Webster, was admitted to the Columbia City hospital early this week. Walter Carroll of Leesburg was dismissed from the Whitley County hospital this week.
