Vehicles collide Friday ritorning Damage was estimated at $325 in a collision at 11:40 a m. Friday at the south edge of Syracuse. There were no injuries reported according to Syracuse police. A 1973 Chevrolet operated by Marcia Carpenter, 35. r 4 Syracuse, was southbound on Indiana 13 and attempted to pass a vehicle which was parked on the east side of the state road talking to persons along the roadway, and struck a 1973 Chevrolet being driven by Gertrude Bontrager, 46, r 1 New Paris, who was stopped in the right lane to make a turn into the Augsburger Food Palace parking lot. Damage was set at $75 to the Carpenter auto and $250 to the Bontrager vehicle.
